The extension of inclusion of marina berths and moorings at the intended rate would have an enormous potential impact on the marine industry in Wales. The industry currently faces enormous challenges.
Houseboats and lodges that do not move should be included, but forcing marinas to account for all berths and mooring regardless of the fact that these are for vessels that proceed to sea is an unnecessary inclusion and will lead to legal intervention, potentially slowing the implementation of the Bill.
